We have identified an issue with the API, Customer Portal and checkouts, that appears to have impacted 1 store. We have implemented a fix and are seeing recovery. The issue lasted from 2020/03/10 at 11:00PM EDT until 2020/03/11 at 08:40AM EDT, for a total of 9 hours and 40 minutes.
