Recharge will be undergoing maintenance on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 from 10:00 PM ET to 10:10 PM ET. During this time transactions will still process, however async batches will not process. The remainder of our platform will not be impacted and will remain fully functional.

We are upsizing our async database to increase capacity, and have scheduled this update at a time to minimize disruption to our merchants.

Throughout the scheduled maintenance, we’ll post updates to our status page so merchants can stay up to date. And as always, our support teams are available 24/7 and can assist with any questions during this time.
